Are the programs online?+
Yes. Current programs are delivered online through Zoom or Microsoft Teams according to each program.
Are the programs suitable for beginners?+
Requirements vary. Each program page explains its audience and topics, and the team can help you select the most suitable path.
When does a program begin?+
Each cohort date is announced when confirmed. Some programs begin when the required number of learners is reached.
Can I attend from outside Egypt?+
Yes. The learning is online; you only need to consider Cairo time when session schedules are announced.

How do I apply for a program?+
Open the program page, select Apply Now and complete the form. Applications are saved in the academy dashboard and an email notification is sent to the official address.
Why are fees not displayed on the website?+
Details can vary by program, cohort and available offer, so the academy team explains them directly during contact.
Does submitting the form confirm my booking?+
No. It confirms receipt of your request only. Registration is confirmed after the academy team contacts you and the required steps are completed.

Is every applicant accepted?+
No. The scholarship has limited places and applications are evaluated according to seriousness, suitability and available capacity.
Who can apply?+
Applications are open to Egyptian, Arab and African youth, with no published age limit.
What are the scholarship tracks?+
TOT, soft skills, protocol and ceremonies, and etiquette for public relations, hotel and tourism careers.

Will I receive a certificate?+
Credential type and details vary by program and are explained before registration.
How do I verify a certificate or membership card?+
Enter the verification code on the verification page. A valid record displays the registered details while the credential file remains protected.
What if the code does not work?+
Check the code and contact the academy through email or WhatsApp, attaching the credential privately without publishing personal details.
